I had the pleasure of chatting to the amazing Fiona who has plenty to share on building an incredible business, team and passion for the industry.

About Fiona:

I am Fiona Fazzalari, hairdresser, salon owner and partnered Franchisor of Hair Machine in South Australia. As a business owner of some 20 years, my role includes managing a salon, coaching team members, providing business support for franchisees and of course my primary love- hairdressing! I am as passionate with client and team member connection as I am with the art of hairdressing itself. As an artist and a business owner, my goal is to continue to improve on the delivery of my knowledge, the development and coaching of my team so we may continue achieving our goals.
